Documenting Place, Memory and Material Culture
The Field Journal brings together reflections from my research and photographic practice. Through fieldwork, material culture, analogue photography and visual communication, I explore how images, objects and places carry traces of memory and meaning.
Drawing on research in Morocco, Prague, and other places, these articles consider how visual forms communicate, how cultural knowledge is documented, and how photography can help interpret material culture and heritage.
